Healthy ways to gain weight

Eat more times
Increase the numbers of times you eat i.e. within four hours make sure you eat and always eat foods that are healthy. This will make you to end up eating even six or more times a day. This means that you will be packing in nutrients thus a healthy way to gain weight.
Include healthy fats in your diet
Another way to gain weight is make sure you include avocados, nuts, dairy products and meat in your diet since this is a source of healthy fats. Do not eat fatty junk like fries and ice cream; try to stay away from this unhealthy source of fats.
Eat before bedtime
When we sleep that’s when our body does the repairing and healing and so when you eat a healthy snack before going to bed then the body gets enough nutrients to work with during this activities.
Drink up
One way to gain weight is to drink high calorie juices instead of sodas or water. Smoothies and drinks to replace meals are very convenient and are as fulfilling as solid food. This will be a good way to avoid feeling stuffed or bloated.
Exercise
Exercising does not always mean that you loose weight but you can exercise while focusing on weights and building lean body mass. Put more effort on strength training and this will help you to pack on healthy pounds thus building muscles.
* In general ways to gain weight will require that you eat more calories than the energy you are using on daily basis. Add those nutrients in you plate and they will help in packing you with healthy weight.
